Drawdown Australia – Rapid transition to a below zero emissions society

South Pole Australia extends an open invitation to all who are passionate about climate change, energy and sustainability to join us for a morning to mingle with like-minded peers. The goal is to facilitate and enable exchange between climate leaders on how to accelerate the transition to a ‘below zero emissions’ society. The first Australian session in 2020 will focus on finding tools, insights and collaboration to solve Austalia’s Climate Challenges

What are the most effective climate actions to achieve this ambitious goal? Given the present bushfires in Australia, what are the natural base solutions available to go below zero emissions? How is technological innovation accelerating this transition? Join us and find out more challenges and solutions from these exciting speakers covering a range of different perspectives.

Focus SDGs: SDG 7 Affordable Clean Energy , SDG13 Climate Action, SDG 15 Life on Land and SDG 17 Partnerships for the Goals.
